Susan Aksu is a dedicated marketing professional with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Humboldt State University. Her career began with a strong foundation in television and radio, interning on the Conan O’Brien Show and working as a master control operator. While Susan initially envisioned her path in broadcasting, fate led her to uncover her true passion for marketing through a different journey.

After creating a successful travel website, Susan discovered her hidden marketing talents while exploring the globe. Returning home for personal reasons, she transitioned to a marketing coordinator role at a prestigious agency, where she collaborated with leading medical professionals, including Dr. Jason Emer and Dr. Ava Shamban. During this time, she honed her expertise in SEO and digital marketing, excelling in website and social media strategies.

Currently, Susan serves as the Director of Marketing at Benztown, a dynamic service provider in the radio industry. In this role, she wears many hats, managing a diverse range of offerings—from in-house audio libraries to commercial production and podcasts—while generating high-quality leads for the sales team.

Passionate about marketing, Susan thrives on the challenge of promoting various products under one umbrella. She understands the importance of recognizing each product’s unique qualities while maintaining a cohesive brand identity. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with remarkable brands, including National Geographic, BBC, Dick Clark Productions, and the Billboard Music Awards.
