Mentoring Inspiring Women in Radio (MIW) is an incredible mentorship organization focused on the broadcast industry, which I had the honor of being selected a 2023 mentee. Once my mentorship program was completed, I joined the Social Media Committee as a graphic designer and am currently serving in my second term.
